Need to escape those winter blues? Come on down and coast awhile in Port Aransas. Our little beach town has so much to offer in the winter months including relaxing beach days, golf cart cruising, bird watching, kayaking, fishing, shopping, restaurants, live music and more. Be sure to check out and get involved with the Part Aransas Art Center, Part Aransas Community Theater, The Garden Club and the VFW. We also have a small local library, dog park and a heated community pool to get your laps in.
Park your car and cruise almost everywhere you need to go on a Coastal Ed’s Coastal Cart. The best golf cart rental in town. Coastal Ed’s has been in business since 2011.
We offer a special monthly rate from November to February for our Winter Texans and Snowbirds. Advance booking is required. A small non-refundable deposit is required per month to hold your reservation. The deposit goes toward your balance once you arrive.

Bird Watching is a huge attraction. download the bird watching list here.  With miles of beach and open views at the jetties and parks there are plenty of viewing areas to catch the 100s of migrating birds in action. Our personal favorites are the Pink Roseate Spoonbills and the giant 6’ tall whooping cranes! Be sure to catch the Whooping Crane festival in February. Proceeds from the Whooping Crane Festival benefit the conservation of whooping cranes through The International Crane Foundation.
